Tristan Tate’s Bid for House Arrest Denied by Judge in Controversial Cage Fighting Case

Tristan Tate, brother of disgraced influencer ANDREW Tate, has been denied bail and will remain in the same hellhole prison as Tate.

The 36-year-old and his 34-year-old brother Tristan have been languishing in a Romanian prison since their arrest on December 29 during an investigation into allegations of human trafficking and rape.

The decision is appealable within 48 hours.

This comes after a judge rejected Tate’s most recent appeal against his arrests and sentenced him to another 30 days in jail last month.

The brothers had previously lost two appeals against previous 30-day extensions that kept them incarcerated while investigations continued.

In an email, he bemoaned the “biting cold” he endured while “locked in a box.”

In another, he issued a thinly veiled attack on his supporters from his jail cell, stating that he needs “better people.”

They have been detained for over ten weeks on suspicion of human trafficking, organized crime, and rape; their “angels” Georgiana Naghel and Luana Radu are also being investigated.

They refute all accusations made against them.

Tate, a misogynist influencer, cultivated an image that appealed to teenage boys, building an online empire that made him one of Google’s most-searched individuals.

Much of the content, which masquerades as lifestyle advice, is viewed as highly sexist and as promoting violence against women.

“According to a spokesperson for Tristan Tate, the court has denied Tristan Tate’s bail request.

“Both brothers are dismayed by this outcome, but Tristan, who is eager to meet his newborn daughter, is particularly disappointed.

“However, he will continue to reside with his brother as they support one another during this difficult time.”

Within the next 48 hours, his legal team will file an appeal of this decision.
