The seizure occurred during a police raid on the church to investigate Pastor Ezekiel’s case and uncover more information.
Ometa and Omari confirmed that ATPU agents confiscated items, citing the need to analyze Nairobi.
Ombeta reported that on Tuesday, officers from the ATPU entered a church and removed communication devices, computer drives, holy water, and handkerchiefs, citing the need for expert analysis.
The incident was related to ongoing investigations into Pastor Odero’s relationship with the in-custody controversial preacher Paul Mackenzi.

According to a police report. Pastor Ezekiel Odero was arrested. After a local morgue in Kilifi County reported that five bodies were delivered to the facility by the pastor’s aides.
According to sources with knowledge of the 8-hour interrogation at the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) office in Mombasa. The bodies were reportedly undocumented, which sparked police interest in the case.
In response to the tip. Police visited multiple morgues adjacent to the New Life International Church. On separate occasions and questioned numerous morticians about any similar incidents.
During their visits to the morgues, the police discovered a pattern of church officials allegedly depositing bodies at the facilities.
Pastor Ezekiel Odero’s attempt to prevent the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) from scrutinizing his bank accounts suffered a major setback on May 8.
Milimani Chief Magistrate Court granted DCI officers access to Pastor Ezekiel’s sixteen bank accounts.
Chief Inspector Martin Munene had requested that the court investigate Pastor Ezekiel’s accounts for what he termed possible illegal activities.
A portion of the ruling stated, “It is necessary and desirable to issue the applicant a warrant to investigate books of the bank and mobile money services accounts to grant the officer access to books about multiple account numbers.”
