Influencer Andrew Tate Faces Legal Action Over Rape and Abuse Allegations

In 2013, Tate webcam models in Luton claim they mistreated, underpaid, and threatened to not go to the police.

Three women plan to sue social media influencer Andrew Tate for raping and abusing them.

They say their physical and psychological injuries have prevented them from working or living normally for years.

Eight years ago, the women complained to police, but detectives dropped the case without a thorough investigation.

One said to GossipA-Z, “Those of us who were sexually and physically abused by Andrew Tate have found it incredibly challenging to observe his rise in popularity and influence, knowing who he is and what he has done.

“We intend to demonstrate in court that Andrew is abusive, coercive, and controlling and that his public statements regarding women are pure fiction.”

The women, in their late 20s or early 30s, worked as webcam models for Tate in Luton starting in 2013. They claim they mistreated, underpaid, and threatened to prevent them from going to the police.

Tate denied their allegations and, via his legal team, stated that they “wanted money because I fired them.”

The women’s attorney, Matt Jury, stated, “Their allegations include rape, sexual and physical assaults, including holding guns to the heads of women, strangulations, including with belts, and the most abhorrent behavior toward women.”

In 2015, Hertfordshire police initiated an investigation into the women’s allegations. Tate arrested three times on suspicion of raping two women and assaulting a third.

After four years, the case dropped without further action. The police department apologized for the investigation’s delays.

“When they reported the incident to the police, their allegations not taken seriously, and the police did not take action,” Mr. Jury said. The evidence existed.

“We are aware of the provided evidence, which, in our opinion, should have been sufficient to warrant a proper criminal intent investigation and the filing of charges.

If these charges been brought and he had been arrested in England, he may not have fled to Romania. Where he is alleged to have committed additional heinous crimes against women.

Tate, 36, a British-American with six million Twitter followers, is under house arrest in Romania. Police are investigating allegations of human trafficking, rape, and sexual exploitation of women.

His brother Tristan and two Romanian women are facing same crimes, which they all deny.

The three British women hope to raise funds to initiate a civil damages claim in the United Kingdom through crowdfunding, while also hoping to persuade Hertfordshire police to reopen the investigation.

An additional alleged victim stated: “After meeting Andrew for the first time, my life was negatively affected by the daily mental manipulation and physical abuse I endured.

“I have depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

“This has had a significant impact on every aspect of my life, including my work, mental health, and family.

“Seeing Andrew explode on social media for the first time was a huge shock to the system. Since he left the United Kingdom, I hadn’t seen him in years, and I never expected to see him again.”

Andrew Tate’s spokesman denounced the UK allegations. He criticized the women and their attorneys for alerting the media and crowdfunding their case.

“By choosing to address the press before initiating legal action, the women in this potential case have demonstrated beyond a reasonable doubt that they are not seeking accountability or justice, but publicity and monetary compensation,” he stated.

The spokesman continued: “While we recognize that any form of abuse is a serious problem with long-term repercussions, we believe it is worthwhile to investigate the timing and methods chosen by the alleged victims, as well as their true motivations.

“Andrew and his brother were recently released from jail without any formal charges. Additionally, previous attempts to accuse Andrew of similar fabricated crimes have been rejected by UK criminal courts.

“Andrew Tate and his legal team are committed to clearing his name and restoring his reputation, and will take swift and decisive legal action against defamation, slander, and perverting justice.”

The Crown Prosecution Service reviewed all 2019 Hertfordshire police evidence and found no realistic chance of conviction.

Hertfordshire Police says case officers can meet with the women to discuss their concerns and the investigation.

GossipA-Z has contacted Andrew Tate about the allegations but has not heard back.
