LOST ELVIS DAUGHTER
Marie Presley, 54, died after being rushed to the hospital and placed on life support after suffering a cardiac arrest.
Lisa Marie Presley, the only child of rock legend Elvis Presley, died at the age of 54 after suffering a cardiac arrest at her home.
After discovering the 54-year-old singer in her Calabasas, California, home, paramedics performed CPR on her before transporting her to the hospital for treatment.
According to PEOPLE, Lisa Marie’s mother, Priscilla Presley, confirmed her death in a statement.
“It is with a heavy heart that I must share the heartbreaking news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us,” she said.
“She was the most passionate, strong, and loving woman I have ever known,” the actress continued. We request privacy as we attempt to cope with this tragic loss.

“I appreciate your love and prayers. There will be no further comment at this time.”
Celebrities and fans alike took to social media to pay their respects to Lisa Marie.
Pink, a US rock star, said the world had “lost a gem” with the news of Presley’s death.
“This one breaks my heart. “Lisa Marie, you were one of a kind,” she wrote on Instagram.
“You were as funny as s**t, as smart as a whip, as sensitive, talented, witty, mean, loving, generous, judgmental but always right, loyal, and you adored your children.
“My heart breaks for you, your lovely family, and your children. Today, the world lost a rare gem. Friends, may your soul rest in peace.”
Following the death of Lisa Marie Presley, John Travolta expressed his “heartfelt condolences” to her family.
“Lisa baby girl, I’m so sorry,” he wrote alongside a photo of her on Instagram.
“I’ll miss you, but I’m confident I’ll see you again. Riley, Priscilla, Harper, and Finley have my love and heart.”
“Oh no,” said songwriter Diane Warren. This is terrible news.
“Right now, the entire world is sending love and prayers to Priscilla and Lisa Marie’s children. “May it provide you with (strength)?”

THE HEARTACHE OF PRISCILLA
The news came just hours after Priscilla shared another heartbreaking, but hopeful, update on her late husband’s only child.
She shared an Instagram photo of herself and Lisa Marie, along with a brief caption confirming her hospitalization.
Priscilla captioned the picture: “Lisa Marie, my beloved daughter, was rushed to the hospital.
“She is now receiving the best possible care. Please keep her and our family in your thoughts and prayers.”
The star went on to say: “We feel the prayers from all over the world and ask for privacy during this time.
LISA’S DISASTER
According to TMZ, Lisa Marie went into “full [cardiac] arrest” and was given adrenaline at least once to help her regain her pulse.
Her housekeeper discovered her unresponsive in her home’s bedroom, according to the outlet.
Danny Keough, Lisa Marie’s ex-husband, is said to have performed CPR on the scene.
She was then transferred to an Intensive Care Unit for additional treatment.
It was reported late Thursday evening that she was on life support and had a temporary pacemaker.

Priscilla, Lisa Marie’s mother, was photographed arriving at the hospital to be by her side.
Deborah Presley Brando, her half-sister, was also seen outside the hospital.
She was glum, holding a tissue in her hand.
According to a family source, not much information about the singer’s previous health status has been shared.
She appeared frail in the days leading up to the incident, even at the Golden Globes on Tuesday, where she clung to “Elvis” star Austin Butler.
ENDURING LEGACY
She is the sole heir to her father’s estate, having been born on February 1, 1968, when the legendary entertainer died when she was only nine years old.
Lisa Marie is a successful businesswoman who has released several albums, including To Whom It May Concern, Now What, and Storm & Grace.
Her debut album was certified platinum, with critics praising it for its distinct style.
She has also spoken out in support of AIDS patients.
Lisa Marie had four children: Riley Keough, Benjamin Keough, Finley Aaron Love Lockwood, and Harper Vivienne Ann Lockwood. She was married and divorced four times.
