Ruto Party Unveils Grandplan To Beat Raila in 2027
The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) continues to insist that all parties associated with Kenya Kwanza merge and become part of the governing political entity.
Addressing the audience in Nakuru at Section 58 during the inauguration of the UDA Party’s regional office last Saturday. Secretary-General Cleophas Malala emphasized the intention to request all Kenya Kwanza political parties to merge with and become part of UDA. Before the ruling party’s rescheduled grassroots elections.
”We want Kenya to have strong political parties and that is why we are urging our sister parties within the Kenya Kwanza family to consider folding their parties and this is an ongoing conversation that we are having with them”
Malala has taken a leading role in advocating for the consolidation of all Kenya Kwanza Parties. Inspired by President Ruto’s enduring political conviction that a presidential candidate’s prospects are significantly enhanced when all associated parties fully support them.
While serving as the Deputy Party Leader of the Jubilee Party during the tenure of former President Uhuru Kenyatta. Ruto continuously urged smaller parties within the coalition to merge to form a more formidable single political entity.
UDA initially delayed its local-level elections set for December to a future date to accommodate the merger process.
Malala mentioned that the party delayed its elections to expand its efforts in recruiting more members.

“UDA grassroots elections were scheduled for December 9. But after deliberations with the national steering committee headed by the party leader, President William Ruto postponed it to allow the negotiations with affiliate parties,” Malala added
Malala encouraged everyone to sign up as members of the UDA party. Emphasizing its broader vision and commitment to standing out from past ruling parties. The party aims to transcend the typical role of a political entity focused solely on propelling its leader to the State House.
The Secretary-General (SG) rejected certain suggestions put forth by the National Dialogue Committee (NADCO). Particularly those concerning the referendum question, contending that it was a proposal led by the opposition.
Malala, alongside Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika. Asserted that the present moment is not suitable for putting the country through another referendum.
”I disagree, I know the National Dialogue Committee did not necessarily say we go to a referendum. It is something which the opposition has been chanting about and I believe it should not be entertained, there is no time for a referendum.” Governor Kihika stated.
Malala was joined by delegates from the Chinese Communist Party. As the two governing bodies persisted in pinpointing possible areas for cooperation.
