Residents in Shock After Man Stabs Wife to Death in Juja Then Slitting His Throat
On Saturday, February 17, in Juja, Kiambu County, a woman lost her life at the hands of her husband.
As per the information provided, the individual reportedly stabbed his wife and then proceeded to cut his own throat. However, the reason behind the dispute was not promptly determined.
Citizens rushed to the bloody crime scene while law enforcement transported the corpses to the mortuary, initiating the investigative process.
The event has sparked worries among Kenyan citizens, leading to calls for counseling and other preventive measures to avoid similar occurrences.
After the event, Kenyans recommended that married couples should peacefully address their disagreements instead of resorting to violence and harming each other.
In recent months, there has been a rise in instances of fatal outcomes stemming from conflicts within families throughout the nation.

In Juja, Kiambu County, a different family is currently grieving as a husband has tragically taken the life of his wife and other family members.
The deceased left behind five children who are also fearing for their lives.
As per the accounts of the family members, the husband had issued multiple threats to his wife before eventually carrying out the act of murder.
The family members stated that the deceased had informed the police about the issue, but no steps were taken in response.
“We want justice for our sister, she has left behind children and they are in danger,” one of the family members stated.
The family disclosed that the 35-year-old woman showed evident signs of physical harm, suggesting that she was murdered. They contested the police’s assertion that she had committed suicide.
“When I went to inspect her body at the mortuary, she had injuries and blood all over her body. A rope was placed on her neck but my sister did not commit suicide,” the family member added.
