Probe as Kenyan Cop Found Dead in Hotel Room in Washington DC

US authorities are currently investigating a tragic incident involving the untimely death of a senior law enforcement official, Commissioner of Police Walter Nyamato Nyankieya, whose lifeless body was discovered in his hotel room in Washington DC on Tuesday morning. 

Commissioner Nyankieya was part of a delegation of officers attending a seminar on security operations in the United States.

Assigned as the personal assistant to Deputy Inspector General of Police Noor Gabow at the Administration Police headquarters, Commissioner Nyankieya’s sudden demise has raised questions, as the cause of his death remains unknown. 

According to reports, his colleagues became alarmed when he failed to wake up, prompting them to check on him, only to find his lifeless body in his hotel room.

Deputy Inspector General of Police Noor Gabow expressed deep sorrow over the loss, describing Commissioner Nyankieya as a dedicated and industrious officer.
