Prince Andrew Faces Accusations of ‘Extreme and Outrageous’ Behavior in Court Battle
PRINCE In the most recent court case, Andrew has been accused of “extreme and outrageous conduct” with Virginia Giuffre.
The remarks about the disgraced Duke, 63, were made during a hearing in New York where Virginia’s attorney represented another woman in the sex trafficking operation of Jeffrey Epstein.
The attorney, Sigrid McCawley, also described Andrew’s behavior as “continuous and severe” when he allegedly had three sexual encounters with her when she was 17 years old.
According to MailOnline, McCawley represented a woman named Jane Doe who filed a lawsuit against the American bank JP Morgan and the German bank Deutsche Bank.
The woman asserts that both institutions ignored Epstein’s operation because he brought them, wealthy clients.

McCawley informed the court that Deutsche Bank was the subject of “a multitude of allegations.”
She claimed that repeated warnings about Epstein were disregarded.

Both the bank and the Duke, according to McCawley, engaged in “continuous, extreme, and outrageous conduct.”
She added that the Prince’s behavior was “continuous and severe.”
It occurs shortly after Andrew’s settlement with Virginia in their sexual assault lawsuit.
The settlement prevented the Duke from facing the sex trafficking victim in court over allegations that he raped and abused her when she was 17 years old.
As a result of the allegations, the Royal Family has been shaken to its core, and the Duke has been stripped of his titles and exiled from public life.
Andrew, who had repeatedly and vehemently denied all allegations against him, appeared prepared to take the case to court in the United States.
He was facing a grueling legal battle that could have investigated claims such as whether or not he could sweat and whether or not he was actually in a Pizza Express.
And the settlement, which occurred just days before Andrew’s 62nd birthday, leaves many questions regarding Virginia’s allegations unanswered.
The amount of money agreed upon by the two parties may never be released, but it was rumored to be as much as £12 million.
