Peter Salasya Defends Pastor Ezekiel Against Allegations of Child Abuse
Peter Salasya, a member of parliament for Mumias East, has criticized religious leaders for their vilification of Pastor Ezekiel Odero, who is currently under attack.
Salasya asserted that there were a few individuals who had contributed financial resources to the effort to smear the reputation of the well-known preacher.
In addition, the lawmaker thought that there was nothing improper. With Pastor Ezekiel’s statement that he had just purchased a TV signal from the contentious preacher Paul Mackenzie.

“If Pastor Ezekiel bought a TV station from Paul Mackenzie, I do not see any wrongdoing on his part. There is nothing wrong with what he did.” Where exactly is the issue?” Salasya posed.
He issued a stern warning to pastors who used sponsored hashtags to sully the reputation of the preacher, saying that their work would also suffer as a result.
“Pastors who have banded together to oppose Pastor Ezekiel, you will still have difficulty in your ministries,” Pastor Ezekiel said. I have witnessed young people who have been bought off across various platforms of social media to come here and smear pastor Ezekiel’s name. “As one of pastor Ezekiel’s followers, I don’t see any reason to be concerned about him,” the young leader stated.
Salasya affirmed that he is a devoted follower of Pastor Ezekiel. And that he adheres to the pastor’s teachings and approach to life.
