Nigerian Prophet Warns Ruto to Pray for 6 Things, Including Opposition Leaders
On Tuesday, Primate Ayodele, a Nigerian pastor and self-professed prophet, urged President William Ruto to pray for six obstacles that he asserted were hindering the progress of Kenya.
Ayodele requested that Ruto pray to prevent the removal of a governor from office while he was in power.
He was also counseled to include prayers for the opposition leaders who are expected to vehemently resist him in the coming year. As per the provocative religious figure, Ruto’s endeavors to improve Kenya will face significant challenges.
“The country’s economic policy will be alarming. Ruto will come up with different policies to see that Kenya gets better but he won’t be appreciated,” he stated.
He mentioned that Kenyans are likely to be some of the most vocal opponents of Ruto, expressing dissatisfaction with his economic strategies. These strategies, characterized by elevated taxes and steep loan interests, have contributed to an increased cost of living for the population.
Furthermore, the head of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church counseled Ruto to ensure his welfare while leading the nation.
Ayodele also discussed the diplomatic strategies within the nation and cautioned that Ruto should engage in prayer for his ministers.
“The president must pray not to lose any minister,” Ayodele cautioned as reported by Nigerian publications including The Independent, one of the country’s oldest media houses.

Recently, Kenya has found itself entangled in diplomatic disputes with neighboring countries. These include disagreements over oil with Uganda, aviation issues with Tanzania, political tensions with the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) accusing Kenya of supporting its opposition leaders, and Sudan claiming that Kenya sided with a paramilitary leader opposed to the country’s military leadership.
Nonetheless, Foreign Affairs Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi alleged on Sunday that the media was spreading unfounded propaganda. He asserted that Kenya maintained amicable relationships with its neighboring countries.

Besides Kenya, the controversial preacher also released prophecies for Uganda, Tanzania, Namibia, Mozambique, South Sudan, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Togo, and Senegal. These prophecies touched on the presidents and issues facing the specific countries.
In 2022, the pastor foresaw that President Ruto would emerge victorious over opposition leader Raila Odinga in the 2022 General Election.
“Without rigging, William Ruto will become Kenya’s next president and will make the country better for the people. Of paramount is that he should employ new strategy and work more on Mount Kenya, the youth and women,” he stated.
Adoyele cautioned former President Uhuru Kenyatta about the consequences of not recognizing Ruto’s victory, emphasizing that he would incur God’s displeasure.
