MP Meets Daring Man Who Stole His Shoes at Night, Warns Him: “Choose the Bible or Bullet”(Video)
Lurambi MP Titus Khamala recently met with the individual who had stolen his shoes during the night.
In their discussion, Khamala conveyed his dissatisfaction with Moses Okaya from Ikonyero, Jesus Junction, and his group for opting for theft rather than ensuring his safety and fostering peace in the community.
Khamala revealed that if he had caught Okaya in the act, he would have resorted to deadly force to protect himself. Nevertheless, Khamala decided to confront Okaya, who is reportedly involved in thefts targeting high-ranking officials, including a magistrate and other prominent figures in the county.

“So it was you who came to my house? You even silence dogs. If I had caught you then, I would have killed you on the spot. We can’t go on like this. People are struggling to find resources, and you take from them for free? That can’t happen. You must choose: turn to God or face the consequences. The choice is yours—choose the Bible or bullets,” he warned.
At the time of their meeting, Okaya was handcuffed and had a broken limb. He humbly pleaded for forgiveness and revealed the names of some of his gang members.
“I seek forgiveness. Some of our victims came this afternoon to advise me. We are a gang, and the police have begun a manhunt for several individuals I know by name.” said Okaya.
The meeting room was filled with household items and a fridge stocked with food recovered by the police who arrested him.
