Leaking Roof at Old Trafford: Larry Madowo’s Video Sparks Reactions Online

CNN international correspondent Larry Madowo elicited reactions from netizens by sharing a video online showcasing a leaking roof at Old Trafford.

Madowo expressed frustration, suggesting that rain seemed to follow him disrespectfully wherever he went, prompting him to wonder if he was the cause of the problem.

He remarked, “The roof at Old Trafford leaking so much it’s a waterfall at this point,” following his attendance at the Man U versus Arsenal match, where he noticed the leaking roof and promptly captured it on camera.

Larry Madowo has previously gained attention for sharing videos highlighting the deficiencies of Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA).

On April 10, Madowo vehemently criticized the leaking roofs and inadequate drainage systems at JKIA, sharing a video depicting the dire conditions after heavy rainfall. He emphasized the challenges faced by passengers when navigating the airport during rainy weather.

Expressing concern, Madowo questioned the timeline for addressing the leaking roof at JKIA and urged for the implementation of shelters and drainage systems.

The video garnered mixed reactions from netizens, with some expressing surprise and others suggesting that the Transport Cabinet Secretary would now need to provide explanations.
