    KPLC Lists 7 Counties to Experience Power Interruption Thursday

    KPLC Lists 7 Counties to Experience Power Interruption Thursday

    Kenya Power has announced that seven counties are set to experience power interruptions on Thursday.

    The Power company said the interruptions will occur at diverse times of the day.

    The counties to be affected include Nairobi, Homa Bay, Embu, Meru, Kiambu, Kitui, and Mombasa.

    Parts of Nairobi to experience power interruption from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm include Kitsuru Ridge, Gathiga, Manga Gardens, Kihara East, Lakeview Dry, Mutundu East, Ngecha Road, Rosslyn Close, Thigiri Groove, Nyari, Nairobi Gate Industrial Park and Redhill Drive.

    Other areas in Nairobi to have power interruptions from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm include part of Karen Road, Part of Langata Road, Grange Park, Karen Plains, AP Camp, Forest View, Lower Plains, Ndege Road, Ndege Lane, Korongo Road, Karen Hospital, Karen Ridge, Ruai Shopping Centre, Ruai Police Station, Ruai DCโ€™s Offices, Githunguri East, Quickmart S/Market, Mwamba East, Block 10 East, Makongeni East, Stage 26 and Twinbird East among others.

    Ongalo, Oyuma, Osika, Nyakongo, Alego Kamser, Pala, Sombro, Nyangwete, Aros, Moi University, St. Vincent Jonyo, Koriko, Mainuga Beach, Doho Beach, Ngeta, Sanda and Kanyakutu in Homa Bay to have power interruptions from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm.

    Parts of Embu to have power interruptions from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm include Kwetu, Mikuuri Market, Itabua Secondary School, Njumbiri Village, Kambo Village and Market, Bishop Mbui, Nduva, Kangara, Kimangaru Village and Market, Gikingiri, Ithata, and adjacent customers.

    Areas to have power interruptions from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm in Meru include part of Kinoru East, Njeru Industries, Terahs, KCB Makutano, Kenya Ree East, Kambakia Sisters, Jordan Hosp, Gitoro Primary, Rocky, Mboroga, Sera Park Hotel, Kiirua Police, Kirachine, Kiirua Hospital and Market, Kiirua Technical, Ntugi and Market, Machaka, Kinyenjere, Marinya and adjacent customers.

    New Wood Est, Kalimoni Sec, Star of Hope East, Kwa Woria, Bristar Girls School, Theta Hotel, Faith East, Gate C, St. Peters School, Parts of Gachororo, Juja Police Station, Elmark East, Juja Main Stage, Green Field East, Juja Sewage, Juja South, Juja Modern Hospital, Kanini Farm East, Kenyatta Road, Turraco Village and Superhighway East in Kiambu will have power interruptions from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

    Parts of Kitui to have power interruptions from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm include Mayuni, Kasanga, Thitha, Ngongoni, Yenzuva, Mavui, Kavenge, Endei, Kalamba, Kyondoni, Kwa Jumbo, Kisiki, Thatha, Sofia, Ndalani, Itunduimoni, Katheka, Kyasyoni, Kithyoko, Kanyonyo, Matuu Town and adjacent customers.

    Transpares, Corrugated Sheets, Owino Uhuru, Sea Harvest, Mikindani Est, Kitui Flour Mills, Kwa Shee, Kwa Mwanzia, Kenchick, Benvick, Fossil Fuels, Kajembe Secondary School, Mikindani Catholic Church, Mnazi Mmoja, White Castle Hotel, Kongowea Ndogo, Metro, Kula Unone, Mikindani Primary School, Mikindani Sub-County Offices, Scope, Great Lakes and Doshi Ironmongers in Mombasa will have power interruptions from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
