KPLC announces power interruptions in 10 counties Thursday
Kenya Power has announced that there will be power interruptions in 10 counties to be experienced on Thursday.
The Power company said the interruptions will occur at various times of the day in different regions.
Parts of the counties to be affected include Machakos, Kajiado, Uasin Gishu, Nyeri, Embu, Nandi, Kisii, Migori, Kiambu, and Kilifi.
Parts of Machakos to experience interruptions from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm include Ngwata Phase 3, Mlolongo Police, Madharau Street, Upper Lower Sabaki, Sabaki Catholic, and Mt. Olive.
Konza KWS, Konza Railway Stn, Konza Pri, Ilmamen Pri, Ilpolosat, Sirere, Konza Mkt, Part of Konza City, Konza Safaricom Booster, Konza Ranch, Naserian Pri, Keriako Tobiko, China Aerospace, AIC Olemungush Primary in Konza areas will face interruptions from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm.
In Kajiado County, parts set to have power interruptions from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm include Kanisani Rd, Kwekwe, Nalepo, Kahuho, Kiserian Town, Pipeline Rd, Kipeto, Saithya and adjacent customers.
Cheplaskel, Outspan, Oletepes, Kimuri, Kabongo, Lelmokwo, Sigoit, Chepkernel, Ndalat, Sangalo T/Fact, Mlango, Taborwa, St. Brigit and Chepkemel in Uasin Gishu County will have power interruptions from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm.
In Nyeri County areas including Tetu Girls, Kiriti Secondary, Upper Gachuiro, Rosewood Academy, Kigogoini Market, Wandumbi Secondary, Huhoini Girls, Kirichu, Kiganjo Police College, New KCC, Rosa Academy, Maragima, Mbiriri, St. Thomas Pri, Othaya Girls, Munani Est, Gitundu Village, Chinga T/Fact, Demka Dairies and Gathambari TBC will have power interruptions from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm.

Parts of Nandi County to have power interruptions from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm include Koisolik, Kurgung, Sarora, Kimungoror, Kamasai, St. Brigitta, Singilet, Koiban, Bishop Muge, Kapkoros, Teresia, St. Monica, Tulwa and adjacent customers.
Eberege T/Fact, Ogembo T/Fact, Kenyenya, Etago, Riokindo, Magenche, Sengera, Ibencho Market, and adjacent customers in Kisii will have power interruptions from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm.
Parts of Migori to have power interruptions from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm include Maeta, Nguruna, Itongo, Matare, Omome, Kiendege Prisons, Kegonga and adjacent customers.
BTL Police, Kenya Tents, Ruiru Prison, Redland Roses, Part of OJ, Shell OJ Petrol Station, Membley Riverside, Part of Tatu City, Hardi Kenya, MKU, BIDCO, General Kago Mortuary, Thika Technical Institute, Part of MKU, Medisel, Bidco Ltd, Mjengo Ltd, Bakex and adjacent customers in Kiambu will have power interruptions from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm.
Sea Horse, Magreb, Viwa Hosp, and adjacent customers in Kilifi will experience power interruptions from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
