The story was first covered in a bulletin of a media house, where a woman testified about a mysterious death.
The ghost sightings are in a particular building on the second and third floor where it is claimed children are most at risk.
The theories gained momentum this past week after a rumor of a ghost allegedly sucking the blood of minors.
Social media has turned chaotic with Kenyans sharing their close encounters with the said ghost, as others dismissed the theories as a prank.
