The discovery of the decomposing body of Isaac Ochola, a Kenyan student enrolled at Kampala International University (KIU), on Saturday, May 11, has stunned locals.
Marcial Tumusiime, spokesperson for the Greater Bushenyi police, disclosed that law enforcement was alerted to a foul odor emanating from the 33-year-old student’s quarters.

Furthermore, documentation recovered from the scene indicated Ochola’s struggle with a psychiatric ailment, for which he was undergoing treatment.
