In his efforts to implement noise control at the well-attended Floodies tournament at Impala Club, Mosiria and his team were met with intense resistance from the crowd and forced to leave.
A video captured Mosiriaโs retreat while the crowd voiced their disapproval.
“I warned @HonMosiria that heโll be .. by wananchi. How do you go to shut down floodies, kwani Nairobi ni …? Mosiria, yesterday you …, but next time, you may not be so lucky. Madaraka kidogo and you think you run this town,” Gaitho wrote.

The award by Politrack Africa Limited also feted Mosiria as the second-best chief officer countrywide.
