One of the most recent topics in Kenya has been the availability of low-cost home-testing DNA kits.
The following is a list of famous people who have undergone paternity tests.
1.Jay-Z
Jay-Z made headlines a few years ago when a young man named Rymir Satterthwaite claimed to be Jay-illegitimate Z’s son.
However, the rapper consistently denied Rymir’s claims, and the case escalated into a lengthy paternity suit. Jay Z has refused to take the paternity test to date, and the case is being settled out of court.

The young man stated that he would not give up until Jay Z took a paternity test and revealed the truth to the world.
The case was pushed back into court and only recently went to trial in Philadelphia. However, Rymir might not be Jay-only Z’s love child.
Rumor has it that the rapper has a secret daughter who lives in a house he bought for her in Maryland.
2.Kabi WaJesus
Following the positive results of a DNA test, he admitted to being the father of a seven-year-old girl.
Kabi told Kenyans in a statement that he did indeed father Abby in 2013 and apologized for his fight against the paternity claim in January 2021.
“I would like to confirm that paternity results were issued yesterday (Wednesday) confirming that I am the biological father of the child. The results confirm that I sired Abby in 2013 (before I had another child and married). Many of you who follow and watch us will be surprised by this news. “I also recognize that my public comments on this matter created a false impression, which I deeply regret,” Kabi said.

“With the paternity results out, it is a relief as we can now chat the way forward together with the mother for the welfare of our child. “I am immediately contacting her to discuss and agree on her future,” Kabi stated.
3.Bahati
The singer requested a test on his daughter in 2018. Without his wife’s knowledge, Bahati performed a DNA test on the baby.
After Diana discovered that Bahati had not included her in the paternity test, the two were said to have fought.

4.Professor Hamo
Jemutai and baby daddy Prof Hamo had a public feud that ended when Churchill intervened and asked the couple to take a DNA test to determine paternity.

“We met on Monday with Churchill and a few guys to try and sort out issues,” he says in 2021. We’re still working through issues. He agreed to pay the school fees at the meeting, so we met on Wednesday as agreed, and he gave me the school nkalipa jana… The DNA will be available in two weeks. “We did the DNA at KEMRI on Tuesday,” Jemutai wrote.
“DNA results are out 99.9% of the time,” she added.
5.Ken Okoth
DNA tests revealed that Ken Okoth, the late Kibra MP, was the biological father of Ann Thumbi’s son.
After the MP’s death three years ago, Thumbi applied to have the boy recognized as Okoth’s son before his father was interred.
6.Diamond Platnumz
All of the singer’s children have always had DNA tests. One, however, remains a thorn in his flesh. He has a son with Hamisa Mobetto.
Even in 2022, he questioned the paternity results and Dylan’s denial, leaving netizens with a bad taste in their mouths.

Mobetto has also accused Diamond of failing to protect his children from social media trolls in the same way that other public figures do.
She went on to say that he forgets the children will grow up and discover he denied them.
