Ex-ICT CS Joe Mucheru’s Mother Dies

Former ICT Cabinet Secretary Joe Mucheru and his family have been thrown into mourning after the untimely death of his mother.

Taking to social media on Saturday, Mucheru wrote, “Goodbye mum, we miss you madam!”

Mucheru who currently works as the President of Jumo, a financial services company, did not reveal the circumstances leading up to his mother’s death.

Following the announcement, leaders and media personalities led by former Kiambu Governor William Kabogo sent condolence messages.

“Out heartfelt sympathy and condolences to you and your family Waziri. May our Lord God rest her soul in eternal peace,” Kabogo stated.

Additionally, Tetu Member of Parliament Geoffrey Wandeto also condoled with the family.

On the other hand, media personality and communication strategist Cynthia Mwangi also sent her condolences and consolation to Mucheru adding, “My heartfelt condolences to you and the entire family.”
