Isaboke shared that his estimated net worth is made up of multiple assets:

These assets have accumulated over years of hard work and strategic investments.

    Leadership Style Focused on Empowerment

During his testimony, Isaboke emphasized his leadership style, which he described as being driven by law and focused on empowerment. He noted that the position of Principal Secretary has well-defined roles and responsibilities outlined in the constitution and under the Public Service Commission Act.

“My leadership approach will focus on empowering and enabling those around me to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities in delivering services to the public,” Isaboke said.

His leadership philosophy aims to create a collaborative environment where individuals are motivated to perform their duties efficiently while respecting legal boundaries.

    Support for Media Freedom

On the subject of media freedom, Isaboke highlighted the importance of adhering to the constitution. He confirmed that media freedom and freedom of speech are firmly protected in Kenyaโ€™s constitution.

“Media freedom and freedom of speech are enshrined in our constitution, and no one can touch them. My approach will be to refer to the law first and make sure the constitution is being respected by both government agencies and media operators,” he stated.

This indicates Isaboke’s commitment to upholding constitutional rights while maintaining the balance between government regulation and media independence.
