Babu Owino Rebukes Miguna Miguna on DJ Evolve Case
Paul Ongili alias Babu Owino of Embakasi East has reprimanded attorney Miguna Miguna for his remarks regarding the DJ Evolve case.
Attorney Miguna Miguna stated on Friday that it is disgusting that Felix Orinda, aka DJ Evolve, has been victimized twice.
According to the attorney, Evolve has suffered double victimization.
“As it stands, DJ Evolve is being victimized twice – Revolting! I want to vomit!” Miguna said.
In response to the statement, the ODM lawmaker disregarded Miguna’s words because criminal proceedings are not based on hearsay.

“What Miguna Miguna says is irrelevant so long as the complainant is not complaining. Babu stated that criminal cases are based on complaints, not hearsay.
“It’s unfortunate that he calls himself an attorney but has never defended himself in court. Unfortunately, a lawyer is unaware of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. You are schizophrenic. Do not challenge an intellect.”
Thursday, Evolve announced that they are friends with the member of Congress and have been paying his medical bills and ensuring he has everything he needs.
“When I met Owino at the Club, he was unarmed, and I never saw the gun that shot me,” he said.
The next thing I knew, I was in a vehicle on my way to the hospital. I did not see the origin of the bullet.”
Miguna insisted that Evolve, who allegedly was shot by MP Babu Owino, should have been protected by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
