AMBYR CHILDERS restraining order on RANDALL. Actress AMBYR CHILDERS was granted a temporary restraining order against her ex-husband RANDALL EMMETT following abuse allegations.

Ambyr Childers was granted a temporary restraining order against her ex-husband Randall Emmett due to allegations of “pedophilia” and “child endangerment.”

According to the Los Angeles Times, a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge ruled on December 22, 2022, that the Irishman producer, 51, must stay 100 yards away from the You actress, 34.
Emmett is also not permitted to contact Childers unless it is for a “brief and peaceful” interaction regarding visitation with their two daughters, London, 12, and Rylee, 8.
He and ex-fiancée Lala Kent have a daughter, Ocean, who is 21 months old.

The ruling comes weeks after Childers filed her petition for the order, in which she claimed an FBI agent contacted her and asked her about her ex-“suspected husband’s activities with child exploitation and pedophilia,” according to the Los Angeles Times. In a statement to the outlet, Emmett vehemently denied the allegations.

The Ray Donovan alum claimed in the petition that she experienced “extreme destruction and disturbance of [her] emotional calm and peace of mind” after being contacted by the agent because her daughters “are frequently alone” with Emmett. According to the Los Angeles Times, she also stated that she does not want to “run the risk” of having her children present if “federal law enforcement serve either an arrest or search warrant on him or his premises.”

Emmett, for his part, called the claims “disgusting and untrue,” saying he was “shocked and in utter disbelief” at Childers’ assertions. “There is zero evidence that I’m being investigated for anything,” he continued, adding that he was “not being investigated by the FBI or anyone else, and the notion that I am is beyond absurd.”

Childers received the order two months after filing a restraining order against her ex-husband, which was denied due to a lack of evidence in October 2022.

Childers claimed in the October 2022 filing that the movie producer, to whom she was married from 2009 to 2017, emotionally, verbally, and physically abused her.

She cited a “legitimate fear for [her] safety and well-being” as the reason for the request in the legal paperwork, alleging that she saw disturbing messages between Emmett and his lawyer after she contacted him via email about their eldest daughter.

“When will you get some real money together so we can take this c—t out once and for all? “This is not good for your girls,” Emmett’s lawyer allegedly wrote, to which the Florida native allegedly responded, “I don’t have real money for this, and you know it.”

Childers also claimed in the petition that her ex “would put his hand around my neck and tell me that I could never get away from him” before their divorce.

A judge denied Childers’ initial restraining order request, citing insufficient evidence.

Emmett filed court documents one month later, alleging that Kent, 32 (real name: Lauren Burningham), and Childers were conspiring against him.

“I believe Ambyr and Lauren are collaborating in [an] attempt to destroy my reputation to give them both an advantage for custody,” he claimed at the time, according to documents obtained by Us.

“Ambyr has completely fabricated abuse that never happened,” he continued, “and I believe Lauren has convinced her to do so.”
