Sunak Concerned Over Police Release of Private Information in Nicola Bulley Case

The Prime Minister joined an expanding list of MPs and senior police officials who have questioned Lancashire Police.

Rishi expressed concern that private information had been made available to the public.

He added, “I’m pleased to hear that the police are investigating how this occurred.

“My thoughts are obviously with Nicola’s friends and family, but we must now continue our search for her.”

Wednesday at a press conference, officers disclosed that Nicola was classified as high risk due to “specific vulnerabilities.”

Later, it was revealed that Nicola had struggled with alcoholism and menopause and had stopped taking HRT medication.

Lancashire Police has initiated an internal investigation into the investigation.

Additionally, the department has referred itself to the Independent Office of Police Conduct.
