Ruto Flies to Dubai For 10-Minute Speech

On Monday, February 12, President William Ruto is scheduled to be in Dubai to participate in the World Governments Summit (WGS).

The President has received an invitation to present a brief 10-minute speech on the acceleration and transformation of the government.

The presentation scheduled for the Plenary Hall at 1.0 will occur from 10:30 to 10:40 am on Tuesday, February 13th.

WGS theme for 2023 is โ€œShaping Future Governmentsโ€ with different governments, international organizers, and leaders taking part in the conversation.

This aims to achieve global collaboration, empowering governments to recognize inventive approaches to address upcoming challenges.

WGS believes that the Summit will serve as a source of inspiration and empowerment for the upcoming generation of governments.
