Xtian Dela’s Emotional Confession: My Suicide Attempts
Xtian Dela describes experiencing mental health issues.
Blogger Xtian Dela has revealed his struggles with mental health.
In the past few days, Xtian has been trending online after his mother claimed he has not spoken to her in four years.
In an interview that has since gone viral, Naomi Nyongesa lashed out at her son for cutting her off in 2019.
Her requests to meet with him and resolve their differences were denied, and he eventually blocked her.
Arthur Mandela Nyongesa has now responded to his mother’s claims by stating that he has been struggling with mental health issues.
On March 6, he revealed on his popular Twitter account that he had twice attempted suicide.
“I have attempted suicide TWO times. Never in my 16 YEARS on social media did I imagine it would consume my mental health. Kenya has the WORLD’S WORST social media bullies. It is ALWAYS “Fun” until someone like Xtian Dela commits suicide.
In addition, he informs cyberbullies that they are unaware of the underlying circumstances that led to his abandoning his family.

On his popular YouTube channel, Xtian has been talking about his life and poor decisions.
In February, he stated;
“I still struggle with MENTAL HEALTH issues…
You don’t just ‘HEAL’…
I am, however, working on myself. Every day I get better. I may appear STRONG, even post stories about MENTAL HEALTH, and appear PERFECT… but I’m NOT… I am still in PROGRESS… I’m simply SHARING with YOU my journey.”
He added that he has tried various methods to find healing.
