Uhuru was born on October 26, 1961, and he is the son of Kenya’s founding president, Jomo Kenyatta and Mama Ngina.
Kenyans who wished the former head of state a happy birthday also took the chance to express gratitude for Uhuru’s contribution towards Kenya’s infrastructure and his bid to unite the country.
