Pastor Ezekiel Odero, the founder of New Life Church, has long held a position of opposition toward mortuaries that are self-sufficient and do not contain hospitals within their premises.

A preacher who lives in Mombasa maintains that a good mortuary ought to have a hospital nearby so that it can draw customers from that establishment.

Odero asserted that he prayed against a morgue that was independently operating in the area of his church.

According to the man of God, after he prayed, the Milele Funeral Home began to experience financial difficulties, which ultimately led to the decision to close the business.

Odero stated that the funeral made him furious, and he prayed for its destruction as a result of his anger.

“Allow me to state the obvious. “I was irritated, so I fasted, went with three bottles of holy water, and threw them in the compound. After that, it was closed,” Ezekiel said.
