Spotted at State House? Kalonzo Musyoka Addresses Reports of Meeting Ruto
Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has denied claims that he has joined President William Rutoโs government.
On Wednesday, March 12, social media was flooded with videos and reports suggesting that Kalonzo had visited State House and held discussions with President Ruto.
One widely shared video showed the former Vice President at State House, accompanied by Energy Cabinet Secretary Opiyo Wandayi and Nyamira Senator Okongo Omogeni.
However, Kalonzo dismissed the video, stating that the meeting actually took place in March 2024. He accused those sharing it of trying to mislead the public and twist his political position.
“Why are they so worried? The People’s Loyal Coalition will never support the greatest betrayal of Kenyans for short-term political gains. #RutoMustGo,” Kalonzo posted on X.
Gossipa2z.com has confirmed that Kalonzo was indeed at State House on March 8, 2024, but his visit was to present the National Dialogue Committee (NADCO) report to President Ruto.

During the event, President Ruto praised the committee’s work and expressed hope that their recommendations would help solve important constitutional matters.
“I never doubted that this task was achievable, having experienced similar situations as a politician,” Ruto said.
He added, “As a nation, we believe in democracy, and we can always find democratic ways to resolve any challenges that come our way.”
At the same time, Azimio leader Raila Odinga also received a copy of the NADCO report at his Capitol Hill office.
