Savage Supermarket Stabbing Caught on CCTV
The events leading up to a young guy stabbing a woman in the chest and then attempting to flee the scene were captured on video by a surveillance camera installed in a supermarket in Machakos County on July 22.
The woman was purportedly in a relationship with the man who murdered her, and he allegedly lured her to her death by promising to take her on a shopping excursion.
Reports indicate that the former couple broke up for reasons that are unknown, and the assault that took place on Saturday may have been the man’s attempt to exact revenge.
On the footage, the man can be seen escorting the woman to an isolated section of the grocery store, where he then produces a knife before attacking her.
The young man repeatedly removed and replaced the knife in his pocket, waiting for the ideal moment to avoid the suspicion of fellow customers and supermarket employees.
