RUTO’S MAN UNLEASHES FURY! Farouk Kibet Tears Into Natembeya, Calls Him ‘Mad’ for Fighting President’s Agenda
Kakamega, Kenya – March 28, 2025:
President William Ruto’s close aide, Farouk Kibet, has called out Trans Nzoia Governor George Natembeya for fighting against the government and blocking development in Western Kenya.
While speaking in Malava Constituency, Kakamega County, Farouk accused Natembeya of spreading negative politics and turning the Western region against President Ruto. He said Natembeya is misleading the people and stopping progress.
“Natembeya says I should not visit Malava. He is not in his right mind. How can you oppose development for our people?” Farouk questioned.
Farouk also made it clear that he is free to travel across the region to support development projects, no matter what Natembeya says.
Natembeya’s Tawe Movement
Governor Natembeya has been positioning himself as a new leader for the Luhya community, challenging the influence of long-time politicians like Moses Wetang’ula and Musalia Mudavadi. He believes these leaders have used the community for personal gain.
To push his agenda, Natembeya started the Tawe Movement — a campaign to unite the Luhya people and give them a stronger voice in national politics. The governor has also hinted at a possible presidential run in the future.
Political Tensions in Western Kenya
The clash between Farouk Kibet and George Natembeya highlights growing political tension in Western Kenya. While Ruto’s team focuses on development, Natembeya wants to change the political leadership of the region.
