Polish Lover Found Dead After Allegedly Conning Banker Boyfriend
A WOMAN who was embroiled in a legal dispute with the family of her banker boyfriend over his £4 million estate has been discovered dead.
Magdalena Zalinska, 44, was discovered by police officers who forced entry into her apartment in Clapham, South London, after being approached by concerned neighbors.
According to MailOnline, police have confirmed that the death of former nightclub owner Ms. Zalinska is being treated as unanticipated but not suspicious.
She was embroiled in a bitter dispute over her ex-lover Danny Truell’s estate after he passed away in 2019.
Danny, who made his £18 million fortune with Goldman Sachs before becoming the UK’s highest-paid charity chief, passed away at the age of 55 after a long battle with motor neuron disease.
Edi’s brother claimed that Polish-born Ms. Zelinska exerted “undue influence” on him and referred to her as a “call girl” through his attorneys.
In addition, he claimed that she used her nightclub as a “front” to “extort” money from the multimillionaire.
She received Danny’s share of his Clapham, South London, apartment in his will, along with £2 million in cash and £1.3 million from his bank account in the seven years before his death.
Ms. Zalinska, who was nine years younger than Danny, refuted the allegation and insisted that their relationship was genuine and loving.

Amit Karia, Ms. Zalinska’s attorney, brought up the fact that he referred to her as his “partner and dependent” in his will during a preliminary hearing.
However, Edi and John Rayner Hatchard (the other executor) assert that evidence casts doubt on the relationship’s “quality.”
While Edi acknowledged that she had a sexual relationship with his brother, he claims that she exerted “undue influence” on him to transfer cash and property and that the will should be voided as a result.
The initial hearing was informed that the dispute stems from the pair’s “strange relationship.”
Edi’s attorney, Edward Hicks, told the judge that Danny led two “very separate lives” with his family and Ms. Zalinska.
He added that he and his clients “have evidence that she had other romantic relationships.”
The case was scheduled to be heard by the High Court for two weeks the following year.
Uncertain is the impact of Ms. Zalinska’s death, though her two children could inherit the property and funds she received from Danny.
The Metropolitan Police Department has been reached for comment.
