    Planned Power Outages in Eight Kenyan Counties This Wednesday: Check Affected Areas

    Planned Power Outages in Eight Kenyan Counties This Wednesday: Check Affected Areas

    Kenya Power has announced planned power interruptions across various regions in eight counties this Wednesday.

    The power cuts are necessary to facilitate network maintenance.

    Scheduled between 8 am and 5 pm, the outages will impact several areas within six counties.

    Affected regions include parts of Nairobi, Narok, Kakamega, Homa Bay, Migori, Kitui, Kilifi, and Mombasa.

    Nairobi

    Power outages are expected from 9 am to 5 pm in certain areas.

    These include Ngomongo, Dandora Dumpsite, Dandora Phase 2, 3, and 4, Co-op Bank, and Uprising. Additionally, parts of Kyuna Road, Kibagare Valley, Loresho Ridge, Loresho Crescent, and surrounding neighborhoods will be affected.

    Narok

    Residents in specific areas will experience power cuts from 8 am to 5 pm.

    The affected locations include Motonyi, Rotian, Kisiriri, Naisoya, Enengetia, Enabelbel, Olokirkirai, Tipis, Oloropil Topoti, Empatpat, and Olchorro.

    Kakamega

    In Kakamega, power disruptions are scheduled between 9 am and 5 pm.

    The areas impacted include Lutaso Market, Dorofu, Navakholo, Budonga Mit, Mukhweso Junction, Iwakhuba Mit, and Lwakhuba Village.

    Homa Bay

    Certain parts of Homa Bay will face power interruptions from 9 am to 5 pm.

    These include Wiobiero School, Ojunge Dispensary, Rodi Market, Marindi Market, Marram Market, Aluor, and Kuja.

    Migori

    Migori will also experience power outages from 9 am to 5 pm.

    Areas affected include parts of Sori, God Gachawi, Sidika, Bondo Kouene, Otati Centre, Change, Kogole Water Pump, and Aorojuope.

    Kitui

    In Kitui, power interruptions are planned from 9 am to 5 pm.

    The affected areas include Kwa Kyenza Mlikt, Kwa Mona Market, Kunikila, Kwa Donga, Soweto, Matinyani, Kyaani, Kauma, Kavumbuni, Kyeni, Kavalo, Vui, Maseki, Pelena, Syongila, Mutendea, Unyaa, Mazeras, Katyethoka, Grits, and Good Shepherd.

    Kilifi

    Kilifi will see power interruptions from 9 am to 5 pm in parts of Roka, Matsangoni, Uyombo, and Mida.

    Mombasa

    Areas of Mombasa, including Moi Avenue, Canon Towers, Mwakinago Street, Port Sacco, Machakos Street, and Kenya Shirts, will be without power from 9 am to 5 pm.
