MP Oscar Sudi Sparks Fury Flaunting KSh 17M Watch Amid Kenyan Struggles
Kenyans from different walks of life have criticized Kapseret Member of Parliament (MP) for flaunting his KSh 17 million watch in the face of suffering in the country.
How did Oscar Sudi get the KSh 17 million watch?
Sudi was speaking on the Obinna Show where he showed his watch and explained where he got it from.
“I was given the watch by a former prime minister of another country. There were two of them I didn’t even know how much they cost,” he said.
“Sometimes Kenyans are in the wrong. This watch was not made for trees or cows, it was made for human beings. Who do you want to wear this watch? Let’s stop being jealous and stupid,” he added.

“Imagine going on air in a country where the minimum wage is less than a dollar to talk about a watch worth KSh 17 million. The majority are suffering; most of my patients die for less than a 20th of this watch.”
As many Kenyans raged about the watch others also defended him:
“Do you want him to suffer like you? If someone is rich they are rich; stop demonizing success, it’s not his fault a majority of Kenyans are suffering,” he said.

In an interview, Murkomen emphasized buying high-quality, long-lasting items, like his reversible belt, to maximize utility.
He explained that he balances his outfits by pairing expensive accessories like his watch with more affordable clothing items, such as a KSh 20,000 tie.
