Love’s Fatal Wrath: Wife Kills Special Unit Cop Who Took Leave to Spend Time With Her
On Tuesday, April 2nd, authorities apprehended a 28-year-old woman on suspicion of stabbing her husband, who serves as a police officer in an elite unit, several times at their residence in Baringo County.
As per a police report acquired by Gossipa2z.com, Vincent Kiprotich was granted a pass to take time off and be with his family.
Kiprotich served with the Special Operation Group (SOG) stationed at Wargadud in Mandera County.
The Special Operations Group (SOG) of the Border Patrol stands out as one of the most rigorously trained divisions within the Administration Police Service.
These officers receive specialized training and are stationed at border crossings and areas susceptible to terrorism, like the North Eastern region.
Nevertheless, a disagreement unfolded between the officer and his spouse, resulting in a physical altercation.
Several hours later, the report revealed that the victim’s sibling went to see him and discovered his body sprawled on the floor, bearing several lacerations.

Additionally, there were bloodstains splattered across the floor and walls of their bedroom.
The sibling reached out to his brother’s coworkers, who promptly responded and transported him to a nearby hospital in Eldama Ravine.
Even with medical treatment, the officer passed away due to excessive bleeding.
The Sub-County Police Commander of Koibatek, along with the CIPU (Critical Infrastructure Protection Unit) Commander, the Officer Commanding Station (OCS) of the area, and officers from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), went to the hospital to investigate the sequence of events.
Additionally, they inspected the site of the crime and secured the entire residence as the investigation commenced. Recovered items included a panga with blood stains, believed to be the weapon used in the murder.
The police report disclosed that the victim’s spouse was apprehended at a concealed location, situated 6 kilometers away from Esageri Police Station in Baringo.
