A video has emerged online showing former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua keeping to himself as others mingle after a funeral service.
Rigathi was ousted on October 17 after the Senate overwhelmingly voted to remove him from office.

The vocal politician was among the high-profile guests who attended the burial of Lucy Wambui, who died after a botched liposuction.
In a video shared by influencer Bernice Saroni, Gachagua could be seen sitting in the middle of people who were chatting with each other.
However, he was captured looking down in deep thought, with loud Kikuyu music playing in the background.
Bernice was also captured chatting with other guests among the former Kiambu governor William Kabogo.

What Rigathi shared at Lucy’s funeral
The former deputy president praised Lucy’s husband, Francis Ng’ang’a, for being an astute businessman and inspiring many.
While consoling the family, the veteran politician spoke about the silver lining in his impeachment, which now allows him to have time for family and friends.
The former DP also called on the government to protect Kenyans from unscrupulous medical practitioners while condoling with Ng’ang’a.
Gachagua further lauded his community for remaining calm after his impeachment.
