Infotrak Declares Natembeya and Wanga Kenya’s Top Governors (LIST)
Infotrak has ranked Trans Nzoia Governor George Natembeya (70%) and Homa Bay Governor Gladys Wanga (70%) as the most effective county leaders.
In a report published on Tuesday, the research firm noted that survey respondents rated the two highest in terms of service delivery.
In this order, West Pokot Governor Simon Kachapin (67%) was followed by Kisii Governor Simba Arati (64%) and Murang’a Governor Irungu Kang’ata (64%).
The ranking revealed that first-term governors dominated second-term governors in terms of planned and initiated major initiatives.
The County Track Survey was conducted between July and September using a sample of 58,748 individuals from each of the 47 counties.

Governor Gladys Wanga climbed from position 45 to number one, while her counterpart in Trans Nzoia, George Natembeya, climbed from position 42 to number one.
Confronted with conflict Despite her difficulties, Meru Governor Kawira MwAngaza rose from position 38 to position eight in the ranking.
Fourth place went to John Lati of Samburu, who improved from 48 to 17, and fifth place went to Governor Julius Malombe, who improved from 29 to 8.
Monday, Infotrak released a survey ranking county performance, with Trans Nzoia and Homabay Counties at the top of the list.
The ranking also compared the performance of the counties under the previous and current administrations.
The performance in various sectors is attributable to projects introduced by counties, such as those in the health and infrastructure sectors.
