Husband Surrenders After Hacking Kasarani Cop Wife to Death at Home
A man aged 40 from Bungoma County turned himself into the police on Saturday, March 30th, following the murder of his wife at their home.
Based on information from a police report acquired by Gossipa2z.com, the individual was involved in a domestic dispute with his spouse, who was not on duty at the moment.
She served as a law enforcement officer stationed at the Kiwanja Police Post in Kasarani, Nairobi. She had received authorization to participate in the funeral service of her grandmother, scheduled for Thursday, March 28th, in Misemwa village.
After the funeral, she engaged in a heated dispute with her husband that escalated into a physical altercation.
Shortly thereafter, the individual escaped from the location.
Several hours later, his sibling arrived at the residence and discovered the officer’s lifeless body resting on the bed, bearing numerous severe lacerations to the neck and multiple head injuries.

The sibling of the suspect got in touch with the authorities at Mbakalo Police Station, and they promptly responded to the location.
Initial inquiries indicated that the perpetrator utilized a sharp tool to carry out the offense. A machete, believed to be the instrument used in the killing, was found at the location.
The corpse was moved to Lugulu Mission Hospital Mortuary to be preserved while awaiting a postmortem examination.
The report disclosed that the individual eventually turned themselves in at Mbakalo Police Station and was then detained.
