Four Children Missing from Pastor’s Church, Kakamega Man in Agony

Relatives at John Muholo’s home in Eshihaka village in Musanda location, Mumias West, are dreading the worst as the search for the children, who range in age from two to twelve, continues.

It has come to light that the four children disappeared one month ago after accompanying their mother on a fatal excursion to Shakahola in Malindi.

Wife rescued

During the ongoing operation at the Paul Mackenzie-owned Good News International Church farm in Malindi, police have since rescued their mother, Millicent Maurine Ajai.

Ajai left her home in Kaloleni, Nairobi, on the eve of the Easter holiday, after telling her husband, Antony Muholo, that she was going to visit her mother in Siaya County.

She promised to return following the holidays while traveling with their four children. She’d not return.

She eventually arrived in Shakahola, Malindi County, to “starve herself to death so that she may meet with God,” and the current location of their children is unknown.

Pastor Mackenzie’s cultish tendencies from 2018

Scolastica Siria, the paternal grandmother of the children. Told Nation that her daughter-in-law joined the controversial cult in 2018 after being introduced to it by their Kaloleni neighbor.

“We learned of this in 2018 while vaccinating children against polio. My daughter-in-law argued with the doctors and police chief who came to her home to vaccinate the children. And she prevented them from receiving vaccinations. Siria stated, “She was ultimately apprehended, and the authorities were given custody of the children.”

According to her mother-in-law, she would be released six months later. With assistance from the same Good News International Church that had bailed her out of jail.

Day 5 of the search for bodies in Shakahola

As the fifth day of the search for bodies in Shakahola, Malindi, approaches. Journalists have been barred from entering the area.

It is puzzling why the media was excluded from the operation they have been covering for nearly a week. Officers from the GSU have reportedly commandeered the area as they search for other sect members who are still fasting.
