Drake Discovers Nigerian Roots: Celebrates 30% Ancestry

Drake, a megastar of the rap music industry, is excited about the prospect of one day being able to call himself a Nigerian man after learning from the results of his father’s ancestry that his father was 30% Nigerian.

The singer known as “Rich Flex” took to Instagram to share a screenshot from his father, Dennis Graham, which revealed, rather intriguingly, that the rap star’s dad had more Nigerian ancestry than any other ethnicity in the world. At the moment, the ‘Rich Flex’ singer is being billed as arguably the biggest rap star on the planet.

According to the screenshot, which has thoroughly thrilled Drake’s fan base in Nigeria, the Canadian recording artist’s genetic make-up includes 30% Nigerian, 28% Cameroonian, Congolese, and Western Bantu, 11% Ivory Coasterian and Ghanaian, and 8% Western and Northern European.

Drake, who has over 138 million followers on Instagram, expressed his delight at his father’s test results by writing, “This is my Dad’s results. Does this mean that I can finally call myself a Naija man?
