Diamond Signs New Artiste Post-Rayvanny’s Departure

Diamond currently manages Mbosso, Lava Lava, Queen Darleen, and Zuchu.

Platnumz, the singer, has officially signed another artist to his record label, WCB Wasafi.

In a recent update, Platnumz stated that he is ready to help another musician in the Bongo Flava industry.

He gave a sneak peek into how the contract signing went down, displaying a section of the contract signed between his record label and the new artiste.

Chibu Dangote, on the other hand, has yet to reveal the face or name of the newest signee who will fill the void left by stars who have left his label.

Diamond currently manages Mbosso, Lava Lava, Queen Darleen, and Zuchu.

Rayvanny, the CEO of Next Level Music, is the latest artist to leave the Diamond-owned record label.

Harmonize and Rich Mavoko are among those who have left WCB Wasafi.

Simba was forced to address claims of exploiting his signees in July 2022, forcing them to pay large sums of money to terminate their contracts.

Platnumz clarified that WCB Wasafi is a record label that has made significant investments in the music industry, and anyone who signs with the label must abide by the terms and conditions set forth.

He made it clear that he runs the label as a full-fledged business, which is why anyone who wishes to terminate his or her contract must pay a fee.

The CEO and founder of Wasafi Media also stated that he invests heavily in all talents signed under his label, which is why they so quickly rise to prominence.

“We are in the music business, but there were rumors that artists were being exploited at first. It even made it to the President, but we explained that this is business, and they understood our point of view.

“So you can’t just leave when we have invested millions in your craft. I invest in these people to ensure that they have a name for themselves, as well as shows, so that we can all make money at the end of the day “Diamond elaborated.

Including that; “I could have invested that money in something else if I wanted, but I chose to invest in entertainment. Because of the investment we made in them, WCB artists are among the richest in the world right now “.

The singer stated that his label has fostered superstars and that he is proud of what they have accomplished under his tutelage.

The explanations came just days after his signee Rayvanny ended his six-year relationship with his management.

“We’ve been working together for six years now. My team, my family WCB Wasafi, love, and unity have all played important roles in our team’s successโ€ฆ Thank you so much to my family WCB Wasafi and my brother Diamond Platnumz for giving me this opportunity to showcase my talent to the rest of the world. I was blessed by God to be able to help my family and reach where I’m now with lots of success,”.
