Contract Catastrophe: Man’s Sight Vanishes While Reviewing Job Offer (Video)
A man from Tanzania has disclosed that he experienced a loss of vision while perusing a recently acquired employment contract.
Morris, the man in his middle years, explains that he took the contract home, but as he read further, his eyesight deteriorated.
“Nilikua naona vizuri lakini sasa naona kiza. Shida ilianza nilipopewa mkataba wa kazi, nilikua nafanya kazi masaki, ule mkataba ulikua una vigezo na masharti hivyo nikaamua kuchukua nikausomee nyumbani . Nilivyoanza kuusoma kadri nilivyokua naendelea nikaanza kuona macho yanafifia,” Morris narrated.
(I used to see clearly but now I just see darkness. The problem started after I was given a job contract. I used to work in Masaki and the contract had terms and regulations to be followed so I carried it to go read at home. However, the more I read the contract the more I realized that I was struggling to see).

Morris had to pursue medical care when one of his eyes had already experienced vision loss.
Regrettably, he received the news that his vision in the second eye was diminishing as well, and it wouldn’t be long before he faced complete blindness.
“When I went for a check they told me that I had already lost one eye and the other one was also going blind. After a while, I completely lost my vision. All this happened in 2020,” he narrated.
The man, who is a father of two, revealed that his wife left him when he lost his eyesight, a time when he was facing difficulties in supporting his family.
“My wife ran away after losing my vision… she took away one of our children who was still young and the other one stays with my younger sister,” the man said.
The individual entered to confess that ever since losing his sight, he has faced challenges in meeting his financial needs. However, he remains steadfast in his faith, acknowledging God as his ultimate provider and refusing to lose hope.
