Audit Places of Worship to Verify Teaching Doctrines: Sifuna
Edwin Sifuna, a senator from Nairobi, wants an audit of all places of worship to determine the doctrine they preach to their followers.
According to Senator Sifuna, a variety of factors that have encouraged the formation of unscrupulous churches have severely harmed religious institutions.
Sifuna stated on Thursday’s episode of Citizen TV’s Daybreak that the only way to stop crooked religions from manipulating Kenyans into engaging in disgraceful practices is to interrogate them and take appropriate action.
“Some of the things we observe are incomprehensible to us. According to Sifuna, the book of Timothy establishes leadership standards for the church.
He added, “You cannot be a person who loves money, so if you are running a till number for the entire service, this is a red flag.”

“We must conduct an audit of all existing religious institutions. To determine what religious doctrine is being preached in some of these locations.”
Senator Sifuna added that some of the nation’s religious centers enjoy immunity. From being flagged because they are associated with high-ranking government officials.
Unholy alliances endanger the public, so avoid them.
“There is a very toxic relationship between religious institutions, government authorities, and politicians,” he stated.
The unholy alliance between state power and the church has emboldened some of these individuals.
The news of the Shakahola cult massacre, in which at least 98 people are reportedly killed, has angered many individuals.
Good News International Church pastor Paul Mackenzie Nthenge allegedly instructed members to starve themselves to “meet Jesus.”
Detectives and pathologists continue to search the Shakahola forest for additional shallow graves and any surviving Nthenge supporters.
