Children from Kisii County came up with a new name for President William Ruto’s daughter Charlene, and they gave her the new name.
On Saturday, Charlene announced her new name, “Nyaboke,” which comes from the Yoruba language and means “Honey.” She stated in a statement that the young people of Kisii are ambitious and talented in the fields of music and art.
Following her attendance at the Innovation, Leadership, and Change Summit in the county, she came to this conclusion.

“Yesterday (Friday), I was a guest of the Kisii County Universities and Colleges Association, where we had a discussion on Innovation and Climate Change. “It was such a thrill to witness and interact with the various innovations that the young people at Kisii are coming up with for the Kisii Youth Summit,” she said. “It was such an honor.”
Charlene has stated that she is willing to work together with the young people to develop their skills and talents.
“Massive thanks to them for hosting us and giving me my new name “Nyaboke,” which means Honey,” she continued. “Nyaboke”
