Gideon Moi’s Son’s Colourful Private Wedding

On Saturday, May 6, Gideon Moi, the National Chairman of the KANU Party, was in attendance at the colorful wedding of his son, Kigen Moi, which took place at a private location in Kericho County.

Former Cabinet Secretary Charles Keter (Left), Major General Mohamed Badi (Centre) and Gideon Moi (Right) during the wedding of his son Kigen on Saturday, May 6, 2023.ย

The bridegroom is the oldest child of Gideon and Zahra Moi, and he has two younger siblings named Kimoi and Lulu Moi. The groom is the eldest of the three children.

However, Moi’s family did not divulge any information regarding the specifics of Kigen’s wedding.

However, according to a source close to the situation who shared their knowledge with GossipA2Z, the bride was familiar with the extended Moi family.

Charles Keter, who served as Cabinet Secretary previously, was one of the notable guests present. Also present was Major General Mohamed Badi, who serves in the Kenyan Defense Forces.

Kigen Moi is the grandson of Daniel Arap Moi, who served as President of Kenya from 1978 until 2002.

The son of Gideon Moi is well-known in Kenya for his business acumen, having made investments in the banking industry, the real estate market, and the energy industry.

Despite the political legacy that was passed down to him from his family, he has built a successful business career for himself and is recognized by many as a successful business owner.

Kigen received his education at the esteemed University of Bristol in Bristol, England.

Polo is a sport that a man in his middle age enjoys playing very much. His father, Gideon Moi, was a legendary player in the game.

Kigen Moi was able to get one up on his father in 2014 at the Nanyuki Polo Challenge Cup. Kigen’s team, Samsung Tab 4, defeated his father’s team, Samsung NotePro 5, by a score of 5โ€“2 and won the competition.

Kigen Moi is an active member of the Kenya African National Union (KANU) party in addition to his involvement in the business world and his passion for politics.

Given that his grandfather had ruled the country for 24 years, his father was a former senator, and his paternal uncle, Raymond Moi, had served as a former member of parliament for Rongai, his entry into politics was relatively uncomplicated.
