Ng’eno noted that the driver was unfamiliar with the highway and was driving on the wrong side when the crash occurred. “We have confirmed the recovery of 12 bodies from the scene and two others injured. The accident involved two vehicles, one heading towards Nairobi and the other towards Meru,” Ng’eno stated.
