Gachagua’s sentiments on Raila come hardly two months after Odinga defended his decision to work with Gachagua amidst divergent political views, beliefs, and track records.
While addressing the press on June 6, Raila clarified that his close relationship with the Deputy President was mainly due to his quest for the African Union Commission Chairperson.
“Gachagua is a member of this government and as you know, the government pledged to support my bid for AU and I thank them,” Odinga clarified.
