Family Shock: Relatives Unaware of Alleged Mukuru Serial Killer Collins Jumaisi

After facing accusations of being the Mukuru Quarry serial killer, Collins Jumaisi Khalusha’s identity is now under scrutiny.

In an interview with NTV, Boniface Karanja, purportedly Khalusha’s cousin, disclaimed any familiarity with him.

Karanja highlighted discrepancies in the suspect’s identification provided by the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI).

He clarified that one of the names attributed to the suspect differed from that of his relative, who had relocated from the village years ago with their mother.

Karanja mentioned that his cousin, who left the village at the age of two, was named Ketrin Shiusa. He expressed uncertainty about whether this cousin was the same person being discussed. Karanja noted two distinct names: Ketrine Shiusa and Collins Jumaisi.

He emphasized that these names seemed unrelated and expressed a lack of insight into any connection between them. Karanja stated that he couldn’t comment further on this discrepancy.

Additional villagers also denied having any information about the alleged serial killer, urging the DCI to delve deeper into the suspect’s family background through further investigations.

He emphasized ensuring that authorities fulfill their duty by bringing the right individuals to justice for their actions.

Meanwhile, Jumaisi has claimed that he was subjected to torture in order to coerce a confession regarding the alleged killing of 42 women.

“My client urgently requires medical attention due to the severe mistreatment he endured while in custody, including molestation and torture. The accusation that he murdered 42 people is absurd and unfounded,” stated John Maina Ndegwa, his lawyer. “He has suffered egregious and inhumane treatment to force a false confession. I urge the court to prioritize his medical needs alongside their investigation.”

Jumaisi was apprehended early Monday following his viewing of the EURO’s final between England and Spain.

Police traced him via a victim’s phone, leading to his arrest.

Authorities stated he admitted to murdering 42 women, including his wife.
