Details of High-Level Denmark Meeting Where Mudavadi Will Represent Ruto
Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi is scheduled to arrive in Denmark on Monday, tasked with representing President William Ruto in a significant dialogue meeting.
As per an announcement from the Office of the Prime Cabinet Secretary, the principal diplomat of the nation is set to play a significant role as a distinguished guest at the Danish-Africa High-Level Dialogue Summit. The summit aims to enhance the collaboration between the European nations and various African countries.
At the Summit, Mudavadi is anticipated to engage in bilateral discussions with the Prime Minister of Denmark, Mette Frederiksen.
The theme of this year’s conference is; “Strengthened Partnership with Africa for Mutual Prosperity.”
Additionally, Ambassador Angela Musilli from the Nordic-Baltic Eight (NB8) will be joining the conference alongside the Prime CS.
The summit is expected to host more than 200 delegates from Africa.

The Nordic-Baltic Eight (NB8) is a collaborative regional framework comprising Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, and Sweden.
According to the agenda specifics, the Danish Policy comprises three pillars designed to promote cooperation with the African continent.
“The High-Level Dialogue will be seeking to address the new Danish policy anchored on the three pillars of trade and investment, climate action and peace & security, stated Ambassador Musili.
Furthermore, she stated that the conference aligns with the President’s objectives of fostering collaboration between African leaders and other nations, shifting away from the traditional donor-recipient relationship that has been prevalent in the past.
The discussions at the Italy summit in January also focused on the feelings surrounding the shift towards a collaborative partnership.
The President, during the Italian summit, witnessed the implementation of a collaboration initiative known as the Matei plan, aimed at fostering cooperation between Italy and African nations.
