KPLC Schedules Power Interruption in 7 Counties Wednesday
Kenya Power has announced that seven counties are set to experience power interruptions on Wednesday.
The Power company said the interruptions will occur at diverse times of the day.
Counties to be affected include Baringo, Kakamega, Kisii, Nyamira, Homa Bay, Nyeri and Embu.
Baringo
The areas will experience power interruptions from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm.
They include Kaptimbor Market, Showground, Pemwai Girls, Alpa Radio, Imani Radio, Ossen Market, Ossen Girls, Kabartonjo Boys Kabartonjo Town, and adjacent customers.
Kakamega.
The outage will be from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.
Areas include KMTC, New National Housing, Ebwabwa, Shinyalu Bar, Bishopstamp, Emusala, Emukaba, Haditi, Lubao, Bukhaiywa and adjacent customers.
Kisii
The power interruption will occur from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.
Areas include Mara T/Factory, Magena High School, Magena Shopping Center, Nyangusu Police, Nyangusu, Nyaboterere, and adjacent customers.
Nyamira
The outage will be from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm.
Areas include Magwagwa, Esamba, Sakwa Village, Getare, Matongo, Nyahututu, Chabera and adjacent customers.
Homa Bay
Areas will have power interruption from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm.
They include Apida, Mirembe, Karabondi Kogana, Rakwaro, Nyakwere, Kobala, Burlum, Osodo, Chowe, Kibugu, Kibaga, Liieta Omindi and adjacent customers.
Nyeri
The outage will be from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
Areas include Gitero Mkt, Muthuani Market, Kiandere Market, Kwa Tailor Kiamwathi, Kwa Joma, Githakwa Market, Githakwa Secondary School, and adjacent customers.
Embu
Areas will have power interruption from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
They include Hon. Kamwithi Munyi, SA Kyeni Mixed School, Kathanjuri Market, Kathanjuri DO, Kathanjuri Secondary School, Kathera Village, and adjacent customers.
