Thugs Break Into Deliverance Church in Elburgon and Steal Valuables Worth Ksh350K
On Wednesday morning, a gang of 10 thieves unlawfully entered Deliverance Church in Elburgon and made off with equipment valued at approximately Ksh 350,000 to 400,000.
In an interview with Gossipa2z.com, Pastor John Gitonga disclosed that the event took place sometime from 2 in the morning to 4 in the morning.
As per the pastor’s description, the burglars entered the church by breaking a window and then proceeded to steal the equipment.
The clergyman disclosed that the criminals absconded with the keyboard, a sound mixer, and two amplifiers.
“The Church’s security guard was manning a different area of the compound, where he was checking on the Girls’ Home. He however found the thieves trying to disconnect the church’s drumming system and raised the alarm”.
There were no injuries or deaths reported in the burglary that occurred in the early morning, causing surprise among the residents.

The occurrence has been officially brought to the attention of the Elburgon Police Station, and they are currently conducting investigations into the matter.
The Pastor called on the public to help them locate the equipment.
“If you happen to come across these instruments: keyboard, mixer, and 2 amplifiers. Report to the police that they have been stolen from our church. Deliverance Church Int’l Praise Courts Tabernacle EL’burgon”.
Local inhabitants are currently urging for stronger security protocols in their vicinity due to a surge in robberies reported in the area.
Residents in the area, when discussing the incident, expressed concerns about gangs specifically targeting churches and schools. They emphasized the necessity of investigating these robberies.
In July, authorities apprehended a group believed to be causing fear among locals in the area, as they were connected to numerous security-related incidents in the region.
